Breakfast is served every morning as a continental buffet with warm dishes, fresh pastries, cheese, cold cuts, fruit and juice, and there is enough variety to suit different tastes and an unhurried start to the day. Coffee and tea are available around the clock in the shared areas, so a hot drink is never more than a few steps away, and the shared lounge with a television is a quiet place to read or plan the day.

All rooms are non-smoking and have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper and free toiletries. Rooms include hardwood or parquet floors, linens, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, a socket near the bed, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker with a coffee machine and electric kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dining table, heating, a fan, an iron and ironing facilities, and a children's high chair is available for families.

Free WiFi covers every part of the property, and daily housekeeping keeps the rooms in the impeccable condition guests expect. Private parking is available on site with a reservation for 20 zł per day, street parking is available nearby, and practical services such as invoicing and fax or photocopying can be arranged at the front desk. Staff speak English and Polish.

Outdoors, the garden with its outdoor furniture and the garden gazebo is one of the most loved parts of the villa - a shaded corner for morning coffee, an afternoon book or a late conversation. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 50 PLN per pet per night.

The villa is a smoke-free property, protected by fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, a security alarm, key card access and CCTV outside and in the common areas, so you can settle in and relax.
